We cannot ring in the new year until we have had a chance to reflect on the one we are finishing up! Don’t you think this is a good week to reflect on the high points, the honors, accomplishments and successes of the past year? It’s even more important though, if we can look back and see that we’ve had fun, we’ve grown and we’ve learned. 2012 was a good year for The Fax Guys and we hope it was for you too! Take a moment to look back with us as we recap 2012.
{1} The Fax Guys captured a spot on the Minnesota Business 100 Best Workplaces list! A great honor and one all of the employees knew we were a shoe-in for! This is a great place to work! Check out more here.
{2} We launched our newest product “FaxPing” a fabulous fax line monitoring service that actually alerts you to line failure, before you miss out on some serious business documents! Check out FaxPing here.
{3} The Minneapolis Star Tribune caught news of our award for being one of the best places to work in Minnesota and wanted to know “do people still fax?” — of course they do! You can read more about it as well as the entire article here.
{4} Our team of Fax Guys and Girls grew this year with the hiring of Shawn Goodman as our newest Support Engineer! A great addition he has been to the team. Shawn is an all-around team player who adds a nice touch of youth and good spirit to the office! If you catch Shawn on the phone, be sure to welcome him!
{5} It was exciting this fall to hear that we were named RightFax Partner of the Year by OpenText! Wow! What a great honor to be recognized for proactively engaging with OpenText to continuously improve the solutions and service we provide. Read all about it here.
{6} The word was really spreading about fax in 2012! In November, TECHdotMN wrote an article about The Fax Guys and faxing. Check it out here.
{7} Probably one of the best things that came out of 2012 (as far as fax technology goes) was RightFax v10.5! This release was by far one of the most exciting RightFax releases in years! Read more about RightFax v10.5 here.

{9} Oh yeah, we became THE FAX GUYS! It’s hard to believe we have only officially been calling ourselves The Fax Guys for 11 months. It seems like we have been The Fax Guys forever…well, for 14 years at least! Thank you to our customers & friends for helping us to embrace our new image. We have had so much fun showing a more casual, fun side of a business that doesn’t always get a chance to have fun. Showing our not-so-serious side in no way should be a reflection of how we feel about faxing. Faxing is serious business and we never forget that, but we have just found that if you smile a little more, laugh regularly and relax a bit, everything is a little better! {10} Lastly, as each of the 14 years prior, we have enjoyed serving our customers and helping them find the fax solution that best meets their business needs. Without our fabulous roster of customers and friends, we really could not have enjoyed all of the accomplishments and achievements listed above. We are truly humbled that you have entrusted all of your faxing needs to us and we do not take any of you for granted. Please remember that we are here and available.
