Watch for error in your RightFax Server – SRF Error -10 saving image

Valued RightFax Customers & Friends:

Please be aware that we have identified an issue with several customers when trying to access fax image information (in a collective environment). We recommend you watch your RightFax event log for this error message:

SRF:Error -10 saving image ‘\\servername\RightFax\IMAGE\xx\xx\xx\xx\xxxxxxxx.301

Open a helpdesk ticket with us if:

• You see the above error.
• You believe you are experiencing this issue and if you have RightFax 10.5 FP1 SR 4 or higher.
• You are having other issues with your incoming RightFax fax images.
