1. Introduce yourself to the world!
Hi, my name is Samuel Santiago. I was born in Douglas, Arizona and raised in Tucson, Arizona. I have a beautiful wife, Marlena and an 18-month-old baby girl, Elena.
2. What is your current role with The Fax Guys?
I work with The Fax Guys as a Software Support Engineer. My current role is a Help Desk Engineer.
3. Give us a quick Career Summary.
I have been working with RightFax for three years now. I was hired with OpenText back in 2014 as a Technical Analyst and was promoted to Senior Technical Analyst in 2016. Now I am here with The Fax Guys working with RightFax and a couple of other products.
4. What made you want to work with The Fax Guys?
While working at OpenText I came across several issues together with a few engineers from The Fax Guys. Out of all partners we worked with, The Fax Guys stood out and I heard nothing but great things. I decided to apply because it felt like a great opportunity to advance my career and help RightFax users.
5. What do you do in your free time?
I enjoy going to the gym, but the one thing I enjoy even more is eating. I also like catching a movie every once in awhile.
6. If you could send a single fax back in time to any person: who would it be and what would you say?
I would send a fax to John Wayne. I would let him know he has some mighty fine boots and I want to know where to get me a pair.
