There is more to modern faxing than software like RightFax. Since every organization is different, no two fax solutions should look alike. That’s why we at The Fax Guys offer add-on services that customize your fax solutions exactly to your liking.

Are these add-ons right for you? Here is an outline of two of our most popular products, Diem Mail-to-Fax and FaxPing:

diem to faxDiem Mail-to-Fax

Diem Mail-to-Fax is a .Net application that can be installed on RightFax servers, allowing users to send faxes via mail messages to your RightFax server. Any application or device that can send email, can send a fax.  Organizations who need to send a lot of transaction-based messages (i.e. invoices, purchase order, reports, etc.) can benefit greatly from this fax add-on.

If you have custom application or piece of third-party software that uses email as the transport method for sending documents to RightFax for delivery, or if you simply want to send faxes from your mail client, Diem Mail-to-Fax will simplify the configuration and management processes.

It provides a universal outbound email interface that can run on many environments, and most organization’s use it as a replacement for RightFax Exchange, Lotus Notes and SMTP Connectors.

Although Diem Mail-to-Fax only provides outbound services, you can have a RightFax SMTP Gateway setup that allows inbound processing and direct those messages to your Microsoft SMTP Receive Connector.

It’s safe, secure and provides walk-up faxing from virtually any network multifunction (MFP) device. Learn more about Deim Mail-to-Fax here.

FaxPing

FaxPing is an online service that automatically send actual faxes that test the functionality of your RightFax server. If you run a sales-based business where orders are constantly coming in via fax, this is virtually a must-have addition to your fax solution.

There is no way to tell if your fax server goes down until you try (and fail) to send a fax, But what if your organization doesn’t send out a lot of faxes, but receives them constantly? Your fax server could be down for quite awhile without knowing it, resulting in missed orders, critical documents and more.

When using FaxPing, you can choose to have messages sent to your fax server every 15, 30 or 60 minutes or daily.  If your fax server is not responding, a person you have chosen will receive an email or text alert.
