Back in 2012, we started RightFax University (RFU), our 100% free website that has become the go-to place for RightFax training videos, troubleshooting and other fax resources. While we still provided RightFax support for our customers, we wanted to have a place where users could go to diagnose and troubleshoot minor issues on their own, as well as train new employees on the basics of using RightFax.
In less than 5 years the website has become a major success, but since 5 years is akin to a generation when it comes to the Internet, we decided it was time to give RFU a brand new look.
