RightFax Support Customers Don’t Miss THIS!! THESE Policies directly affect YOU!
OpenText, the manufacturer of RightFax has made some recent changes that directly affect our Support customers. You can read all the details at this link (PDF) .

If you’re not really into reading legal stuff, here’s what you need to know ~ In a nutshell…
- Decommission Policy: If there are any components of your current RightFax environment (ie. modules, channels, hardware, etc.) that you NO LONGER plan to use and/or support, you must 'decommission' those items at least 90 days prior to your contract expiration date. Failure to do so will result in paying support for another year on these items.
Contract Expiration Penalty Policy: It is critical that your support contract renews on time. Support contracts that are expired will incur a “fee” every 30 days the contract remains expired. For example, a 3% penalty is incurred after 30 days. It increases to 6% if the contract remains expired at day 60; 9% at day 90, and so on.
